As soon as I saw this image on Pinterest, I knew I had to make these cupcakes for my friend who is an avid fisher for his birthday. These were so easy to make and I think they came out pretty well. I baked funfetti cupcakes, dyed the icing blue, and added the fi(ni)shing touches. I am still new to baking, so these did come out a bit lopsided and huge, but hey they were still tasty! That's all that matters, right?!
