Follow your heart and don't bend! This is the perfect quote to start the work week.
Go after what you want!
Have a great week!

Currently, I am loving...

1. This vest. It is so hippie chic and can be paired with a multitude of looks.

2. The new seasons of Brooklyn Nine-Nine and The Mindy Project. Both are super hilarious and make me laugh out loud during every episode.

3. This post on A Cup of Jo about 10 lessons she learned in her career. The post definitely made me think about my career and what I want out of a job.

4. The fact that my mom, sister, and I are planning on going to a winery and apple picking in the near future. I will be sure to take lots of photos when we do.

5. The new fall candle scents at Bath and Body Works like Fresh Balsam and Salted Caramel Corn.

fall fashion must-haves

Fall fashion is my absolute favorite. I love chunky sweaters, boots, and dark pants. Now is the time to stock up on your "can't-live-withouts" and embrace the cooler weather. Below are some pieces that I want in my closet ASAP so I can wear them all throughout the season.

1. Everlane Silk Blouse
2. Asymmetrical Zip Wool Coat
3. Zara Long Cardigan
4. Sleeveless Coat
5. Zara Checked Shirt
6. Sam Edelman 'Jacey' Booties
7. Faux Fur Loop Scarf
8. Sam Edelman 'Pembrooke' Boots
9. Zara High Neck Sweater

Doesn't Sam Edelman have the best shoes? I would buy all of their shoes if I could!

I recently bought the faux fur scarf and it is so soft and warm. Great purchase, highly recommend! I want my next purchase to be the sleeveless coat. Such a unique piece!

stowaways

I love looking back at old stowaways posts and seeing what was happening in my life during that time. The photos may be blurry or out of focus, but the memories are still there.

Here are a few photos of life circa Fall 2014...

georgia on my mind

My family recently went down to Georgia to visit my sister. I went a few days early and caught the Chase Rice show at the Georgia Theatre. The Georgia Theatre is such an Athens and country music landmark and it was really cool to see a concert there. The UGA football team even showed up onstage for a bit! The rest of the weekend was filled with eating, shopping, tailgating, and watching the Dawgs play! A great weekend down south!

Photos of last year's trip to UGA can be found here.
